July Crisps.

Not all plants in the garden loved the heat like my basil. As expected all my young tomato plants (except one survivor) shriveled in the heat and turned into a hard crispy brown.
I could’ve avoided it by applying a cover over them for protection.. But I didn’t.

This time of year you see a lot of crispy browns. What do you do with them? Save them and add them to your compost bin!
